After his education at the The Hague University of Applied Sciences, Tim built up a 30+ year experience in project management, mainly in life science and finance. He acts in an active operational role, or he advises on initiating projects and on how to correct projects that are stuck, or he takes over projects to bring them to a successful end. Tim executed many consultancy and trainer assignments as well. Some of the topics that Tim has worked on: GAMP® / Computerized System Validation / Annex 11 / 21 CFR Part 11, Quality Management Systems, Infection Control Validation, Business Process Management, Risk Management, Document Management, Serialization, Manufacturing Execution Systems, Process Improvement, Business/IT-Alignment, Mission / Vision / Strategic Goals. Especially when things get tough, Tim enthusiastically goes deep into the details. Easily communicating, he connects people and swiftly reaches practical solutions.
